User names are of the form first initial+last name (e.g. Bob Smith would be bsmith). If there are multiple persons whose name results in the same user name, then a number is appended (bsmith2).
Password resets may take up to 24 hours because it is still a manual process. If you know your password, but want to change it, please login and click "Update Account Password" under the members menu.
